Types of messages

Messages may include missed-call replies, questions about your service request, appointment time options, appointment confirmations, reminders, and support replies.

Opting out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you start a new conversation or request service again.
